2. Weekly meal plan menu (specified measurements)
(PLANT BASED AND GLUTEN FREE CHOICES)
3. Weekly, versatile, workout programs for each group (with modifications if needed)
4. Stress management tools
5. Weekly Zoom calls with the group for accountability and more specific coaching
